Our Work
Projects our team has been involved in
From IoT deployments and energy management to large-scale sustainable infrastructure. Real results across industry, commercial buildings, public sector, and international development.
Many projects below showcase the experience our team members brought to Lumina 360 from their previous roles in engineering and sustainable development. Lumina 360 projects are marked with a teal badge.

Castlepollard, Ireland
Mergon International Initial Lumina+ Deployment
Mergon Group
52 monitoring points across two plants
Mergon Group's Castlepollard facility had around 30 energy meters from a legacy monitoring system that had been discontinued. The hardware was sound but stranded: no communication, no platform. Lumina's solution was to integrate all of it wirelessly via LoRaWAN, avoiding a full rewiring, and bring it into Lumina+ along with the historical data.
- ~30 legacy meters integrated via LoRaWAN: no rewiring, no hardware replacement
- Total site electricity monitored across both plants to within 1% of utility bills
- Sensors added progressively over time to address new operational requirements
- Vibration sensor PoC deployed on rotating machinery with ML anomaly detection
