Project Technical Director and Head of Sustainability for the design of a complex of 320 three-bed apartments with Capital Mosque, local mosque, supermarket and recreational areas.
The Complex consists of 320 three-bed apartments, Capital Mosque, local Mosque, supermarket and external recreational areas. The total area of the site proposed for the new residential complex is approximately 160,000 m², with a gross floor area of 120,000 m².
The apartment blocks were 4–7 floors over a podium car park level with basement car-parking. The role of Project Technical Director and Head of Sustainability encompassed full MEP services design and sustainability strategy for the entire development.
