Retail Sales & Servicing Facility: M&E Design
Tesla Masthead
Mechanical and electrical design development for a Design & Build contract for the Tesla retail and servicing facility at Masthead, London, including an interactive car customisation area.
This project was completed by our team prior to founding Lumina 360, demonstrating the depth of engineering experience the team brings to every engagement.
The Project
The development of the design of a new Tesla retail space, completed with international partner company Pivotal and the Contractor BSPS Ltd. The project took 9 weeks to complete from initial M&E design to handover and close out.
The retail space included some new elements including an interactive area where customers could customise their cars. The project required rapid delivery of full mechanical and electrical design within an extremely tight programme.
